Here's a sneak peek at what you'll be doing as a Cawley Roof Administrative Assistant:
- Providing administrative support to our office and construction management staff
- Being the friendly voice on the phone and the professional email responder
- Liaising with vendors, subcontractors, and construction teams to get quotes for new projects
- Handling paperwork like contracts, quotes, and service agreements
- Taking care of general office duties and special projects as needed
- Coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and scheduling projects for the team
-Starting pay is $22 - $25 per hour, based on experience.
